A GLASS OF HOUSE WINE | We know the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) report compares the prices of a bottle of table wine, but that is not quite level ground for Singapore’s wining crowd (prices of wine bottle fluctuate, even before the alcohol tax came into effect).
